Trending @Accenture; ITP mail ? Should I worry
Recently i have been rolled off from project ,reason i got was dur to budget althoug my feedback is good but still I got rolled off . Now I have been moved to Bench and got mail for ITP . I was soft lock in project and without any interview they rejected me . In ITP mail it has been written after 2 rejection I will be moved to CIP ? All these things are worrying me out ? What shall I do ? Should i start looking outside ? I thought in MNC or accenture I will have a job security ?
Don't worry people who need resources will reach out to you. Faced similar situation back in oct due to budget issues and mostly received support projects and rejected them later locked to a project of my choice in Nov
Don't worry, I also faced this.. Just give the interview and try to get into the project. And directly ping hiring manager for an opportunity
