I received an email today with the subject line "ITP initiation - Day 1" . Can someone tell me what ITP means and is this the PIP initiation email? Is my job in danger? How long do I have to find a project? I'm on bench since a month, not receiving project calls.

Its not PIP you have started the bench day1, though you are not in project since a month you are not part of the bench. You can look for projects as soon as possible. Not in danger until now, will be in danger if you are aging your ITP(bench)
