Hi All,
One of my colleague went ITP ..how the process in ITP and one more thing is he is not even bench or Project last 6-8months I guess now he got ITP mail ..can I know the process ..in as per Accenture policies .

ITP at Accenture means you're not on a project. Typically, you have 3 months to find a new assignment. Use this time to apply for internal jobs and update your skills. Job security can be uncertain.
