Trending @Accenture; Is wfo mandatory? From last 1 year i have been going to office 2 a week. Now i am getting roll off from the project and planning to do wfh.
I haven't seen office for the last 5 years
I think it will go on for 2..3..months then everything will come back to normal... people here work in shifts, i myself work in rotational shifts that to changes every week... so practically its not possible to go to office... if its 4..5.. day a month then we can manage, but once a week is hard to follow... Plus, they are not allowing to go to nearest office location...
Genuine doubt . What will happen if wfo is not followed by fresher people on bench? What will be the consequences? Any advice would be appreciated
So the thing is, my team work in rotational shifts, Night, Morning and Afternoon... that too changes every week. Plus we dont have fixed weekoffs, for example this month i will get thursday, friday as weekoffs, and the next month i will get monday, tuesday.
Doubt 1 - will i be required to visit office in night shifts. Doubt 2 - its 1 time a week, so can i visit office on saturday or sunday, because for me its working.
