Trending @Accenture; Is this time really a layoff alert?

I just heard there are 15k+ employees on the bench from ATCI, this never happened in the history of Accenture. It is a really alarming situation.

Also I heard it will be WFO 3 days a week since June.

We can see that in internal tool. Not sure about the count but you can see Many are chilling on bench for sometime more than few months.

On an average, there are around 3k person on bench everyday as per the supply sheet we receive

I don't who told you about 15k but this number is so huge. I got project last week and there was around 1k employees who were on bench at that time though no idea about layoffs and WFO.

The last news is completely wrong as they don't even have the infra to do so , about bench no idea but yeah recently my mailbox is being flooded by bench ppl mails
