Trending @Accenture; Is this the techleap result?
I joined in Aug ‘24 as a fresher and trained in SAP ABAP. In Jan ‘25, I did the TechLeap SAP Frontend School, and last week I got a mail saying my skill level is P1 and it’s added to MyCompetency. It shows ‘Approved’ in the status. Does that mean I passed? Do people even take this seriously? I’ve been on the bench since Feb—does this actually help me get a project or promotion, or what’s the deal now?

unfortunately for my stream i coudnt find any dumps. I was in bench and had a lot of free time so i listened to the course and took notes. The course they give you has some mcq sometimes they ask questions similar to it in the exam
Skill will add in competency if you crossed a specific percentage 70 or 80% I am not sure, but if you passed or not that will depend on how many candidates were there in that window and this passing marks depends on subject to subject, even if you get 80% you might fail in that school
then what is the all the talk about promotion ? i heard that people in project are in a difficult spot for promotion and ive been in bench since i joined

yes. completed my training around november. but since then no information nothing so i thought why not take techleap course, that ended around jan and it in feb i got the offical bench mail. Since then im looking for projects
