Trending @Accenture; Is this the best place to work in India?
I have been working with Accenture for the last 2 years and I can say that it's one of the best work cultures in India. I never saw any office politics or meetings. Everyone is treated equally and there is no hierarchy. The work culture is very flexible and you can work from anywhere.
There are no restrictions on when you start or end your day. You can take as many breaks as you want and there is no pressure to be available all the time. The only thing they care about is getting the job done. You are reading a joke, this company is the worst and we all know why. I just hate working here, somebody save me please.

I joined as a fresher a year ago, excited to get into the industry and I thought I’ve achieved the dream. And now after a year nothing has resonated more to me than this post.

@UnfitThrift8 I think when I leave this place I will need 4 weeks vacation before I start next job lol
@UnfitThrift8 True I also joined as a fresher in IT Industry and they already knew about it but now after 02 years they are after my life that ur performance is not as expected
The thing is that the people who leak management asses are survived here at Accenture I feel this.
I was thinking the same in the first 6 months of joining.. I was treated as a groom.. Then reality hit me.
