Trending @Accenture; Is this real or made up?

I joined last year around this time as a fresher. Had my training for 3 months and was on pool for 1 month. Got into a project .so working in a proj fr like 6 mnths now and they are relying on me on critical tasks. I had a different notion about freshers in IT . Are they just faking it to mke me feel important or sometime they trust newbees here ?!
