Trending @Accenture; Is this a good offer or should I wait?

Need your suggestions.

I joined accenture as a fresher and got promoted to L11 in Sept 22. (5.35 LPA fixed) I didn’t receive any hike for the last 2 years so I decided to put in my papers without any offer in hand.

In the first month I didn’t get any calls. However, as days passed, I started getting calls and interviewed with six different organisations till the last week of my notice period.

On my last working day, I got offer from one them for 11.5LPA fixed. And joining date for this is day after tomorrow. It is 5 day WFO and 40 mins travel time to office. It is a midsize not so known MNC (has 4+ ratings on glassdoor) and client is a Bank. Role is Business Analyst.

Shall I accept this offer or wait for other organisations?
