Trending @Accenture; Is there any way to get a roll off?
Really stuck in the project and they are not allowing me to get roll off even after asking since 1 year, is involving HR over the mail will work? I have connected with my SM and he is like we cannot release you, you are the key player in our project, only you have the knowledge of the whole application. I know I am the only person who knows in and out of the application from functional to coding, but since now its a maintenance project and no new implementation is there, I really want to get the release, please share if there are any way to add HR and all in the mail.
Involve HR and even associate director if you want, if you are so keen to get out of the project you can.
Give reasons like there is a reason we have processes in such big corporate, it's because there are no dependency on individual. Talk politely and day I'll give kt to not just a person if needed more people but want out of the project.
They can't force you to work if you don't want to
Only get roll off if you are going to leave company. Coz if u dont. High chances previous leads will make sure your life become hell in accenture. You are favorite person to fill their PIP quota.
I dont think they can give me PIP, as all managers, leads, and SM gave me top performer feedback in this cycle ( last cycle as well ), not a single bad feedback I have in my workday, also I have multiple client appreciation mails
