there’s nothing like default from level 11 , if you didn’t get promotion ask for designation title change , rest most things depends on your relationship with mgmt and team structure, if you joined as fresher in lvl 11 mostly adv app eng analyst then after 3 years for sure , if there’s pip then 4 years
