Hack will work if data is updated in workday. I guess it will be updated by November first week

Go to the actions button in Workday profile--open organizations--check for Worker position --change the date--Select the role--If it changes means you are promoted.
This one.
Not sure,if it is working, because I couldn't see organizations option
