Yes in most cases. You need to refuse interview calls, just give bad interview and say don't have knowledge. HR eventually will ask you to resign and give early release

No idea, but I'm facing a lot of problems due to NP. I'm getting calls from recruiters and after listing 90days notice period they are directly saying we are looking for immediate joiners.
