is this correct or fake ,bcz it is showing 15k in one line and later 43000k in india
That 43k includes last Dec cycle as well since it's for whole FY25.
The whole narrative of shifting the promotion cycle to June falls flat with this email.
promotion in June is almost half of the promotion given in December.
Now some new lollipops will come that the main promotion cycle is December.
To everyone confused, let me simply email content for you.
- No bonus or Variable pay this june.
- Bonus will be evaluated and distributed in December and not in june for this FY.
- What you can expect is promotions for eligible candidates and you will get that info from your people lead between 26th to 29th May.
- Employees not getting promotion can still expect base pay hike and this will be communicated by may 29th.
The post says 43k total promotions in the FY and 15k in this June.
So basically upto now 28k promotions are done in Dec and in December cycle promotions were upto to TL level only, AM and above didn’t get any promotions.
Now, in June promotions are upto MD level.
So it’s going to very very difficult to get a promotion at ASE,SE,SSE,TL level now compared to December as lesser promotions slots(15k vs 28k) and larger pool of people ( upto MD level vs only upto TL level)
Please keep your expectations at 0
Ideally this mail is addressed for all accenture people in india. Are there anyone who have not received till now? If not are you from ATCI or some other ?
It's just a notification, there is nothing spcl about that. It is not related to our promotion eligibility.
