Joined as a fresher 2021 , 3.8 fixed

Currently at cl 10 7.9 fixed

This cycle got 12% hike and 13% variable

Have good relationship with project architect, onshore , management. I resigned September but took back paper now on a promise of promotion in june , to match my salary to market standards
