Trending @Accenture; Is promotion for level 11 to level 10 is delayed after new promotion policy or promotion delay is only for level 9+ only
Delayed every promotion except lvl 12 to 11 promotion.
I think the policy said promotions are delayed for L8 and above...but then can't be too sure of anything in this company
My manager confirmed the same promotions are going to happen upto level 9. Policy changed for MD level and above which will take place in month of June next year.
No promotions from level 8 to MD this December. L9 to L8 will be extremely less but for other bands there will be promotions as per business needs and budget. I am not sure about your market but the budgets are low so don't expect much Hike sadly.
It is been mentioned that promotion delayed for senior management but we have to wait for a month more
No promotions this year
Promotion delay only for MD and above levels.
