Buddy, have you just woke up from last June? 😂😂 These things were already discussed way before. Coming to answers:
- Yes, the primary or majority of promotions have now been shifted to June cycle
- We don't know what your criteria are, your MAL, niche skills, lateral hire, your total YOE so it's too vague
- The same goes with the hike too, only few people will get it depending on their criticality and niche skills they possess. VP you'll get if you have joined before Feb'25 and you've a good chargeability

Im at lvl 10 since April22, and got hike only once that too 5% giving excuse of budget issue with project and company under performance. I have been asking for promotion since June23 but still no sign and i have been working as lvl9 past 1 yr unofficially.

Yes they have shifted Nov cycle to June for promotions but this doesn’t mean that we would be getting promotions. Yes in May’s salary we would be getting variable.
