I got recently promoted on Nov 23 to L10 and they have 25% hike which leads my package to 11L Fixed. Is it okay even for promotion 25% hike??

25% is what everyone gets. 11L fixed is okay, one of my colleague is getting 10.75L.

Ok, so I'm not expecting much hike % next year.. and for L9 it may take atleast 3 years so i don't need to work 12/7

25% hike is standard in Aceenture for promotions. Mostly, people who get promoted get 25% hike
