Trending @Accenture; Is My Project Planning My Exit Before I Do?
I’ve been in the same project for almost 3 years now and never really asked for a roll-off myself. Lately, though, I’ve been thinking about switching projects for better exposure.
But from the past few days, I’ve been getting random messages and emails from different project PMOs asking about my availability and roll-off date.
Now I’m kinda wondering is something fishy going on in my current project, or is it just normal PMO activity? 👀
Any thoughts or similar experiences?
Check you roll off fate in jobsgateway, it would be very near. Mostly projects would renew it before that
It's not normal, Your project PMO made you look available on some portal where they can see who is going to be released, Better to select new project that's good for you or you can plan to switch.
I can see a roll off date in jobs gateway portal. But its the date on which 3 year will be completed for me. Will they not renew this for me because the project is renewed for upcoming few years. Should i talk to my sv or pmo and get this cleared or just take an opportunity and leave project.
