Trending @Accenture; Is it wrong what I did ..I am not happy with my project or AM

Hi all,

I have a doubt. I am an sse and one more member is there and we both joined 1 year back at the same time. But the other sse still needs my guidance for the tasks we have been doing for 1 year and my AM always message me to guide her.

My AM wants the work to be completed. Our team consists of 1 TL who joined 8 months back and 2 se and 1 ase and 2 sse. For big tasks my AM asks me to take care of and this has been continuing for last one year. Even I need to guide the TL and AM doesn't bother this.

For any urgent tasks AM assigns to me and one time when I said its assigned to one person AM asked me do you think that person will be able to do it fast. I am really doubtful as this is my first time seeing these kind of people. This is my 5th project and if any person is not performing they will see for some months and give rolff but here the other person is here and joined with me only he is se.

Coming to the point yesterday we recieved one task - for this task what's the functionality how to do everything has been explained by the expert and I also completed this task previously. When it came yesterday it has been assigned to the other sse and she was continuously asking me.

I told to refer the email which We received, because with example it's explained.

My TL also needed guidence and I did it one time and he wanted me to be in the call while do the task screen sharing.

The same sse also needs and I was super busy. I have been helping others and my works are pending. So yesterday when manager asked me to guide sse i said email is already sent by the expert and I have a request that the sse should be able to understand it even i did it in same way

And AM replied 'k'

She always shows this kind of response She also asks me for things And she said I am not a distinct achiever or I do something great but they all depends on me I didn't get promotion last time and this time also I may not get it. I am really not sure what to do .

I have to request my AM to give the task which is complex to my TL or sse

Whenever complex comes she asks me to look into it

Did I do wrong by denying when she asked me to guide?

Please tell me am i wrong here?
