Trending @Accenture; Is it worth staying at cl 11.2 ? Or switch?

Most ppl with my exp that is 7 yrs i know are in lv 10 or 9.

I am stuck in production work that i dont enjoy. Looking to switch in technical projects management roles is it worth it to stay and climb level with in accenture or to switch?

Also if you had switched into management roles how exactly you prepared for it??
