Trending @Accenture; Is it unsafe to stay on bench for more than 90 days
Looking for projects … i am an ase sap abap cl-12 No calls , No mails … i am about to get 90 days high itp period what to do ?
I have seen a guy at level 10 on bench from more than 8 months LoL, he got locked to my project and got rolled off within 20 days in november last year, have met him few weeks ago said he is still not locked into any project
Meanwhile try from your end, look for sap abap people working at accenture, ask ‘em if they have any openings in their projects for associates and ask them to lock you. Or try reaching, using internal project referrals.
I've been on the bench for 6 months at ASE level and got into a project just after that. Received a call from the project. While on bench, was told by the bench lead that accenture will not fire anyone on ase level, whatever be the time on bench - 6 months, 12 months or even 18 months.
I personally know a person on the bench for 8 months now.
Better apply on jobs gateway and start pinging people and send out emails that you are available for xyz skills. Meanwhile start looking out for opportunities out of Accenture also
Yes around 6 months is not a problem, but consider this time for applying outside Accenture, get ready give interviews and utilize this time for learning
