Yes, thats true. The percentage might be higher as well. But it will be given to very selective candidates. You kigjt consider below few points:

• consistent performer
• working on client project
• regular good feedbacks from client (written not verbal)
• have critical skills
• have very strong my competency like at least 2 P5, 5-7 P4, rest all P3 or P3+.
• P5 in primary skill Mandatory
• performed well in iAspire as Mentor with top rating and good feebacks.
• professional certification

Last but most important:

• have shook hands with atleast 2 aliens from different planets. If one is from is from other universe, it will make your case stronger.
