Trending @Accenture; Is it true that if someone get promoted then he will get next promotion after 2 years only?
Depends on your current level, team, managers, HR and obviously Julie Sweet....she has been postponing promotions for the last 2.5 years
There is no such rule but normally managers do that to give everyone a fair chance

Not exactly. Actually, my Delivery Lead contacted me and asked about my experience, including how many years I’ve been with Accenture and when I received my last promotion. They mentioned that I’m not eligible at the moment because it has only been 18 months since my last promotion. However, they said they will try again in December
I have seen people get promoted from lv10 to lv9 within 1 year.
Yes, that's right only after 2 years one gets promoted.
