Trending @Accenture; Is it safe to resign without offer?

I am really frustrated with DevOps support work.. The time schedule is really hectic and night shift sucks. I gave multiple good company interviews but was not able to crack it,sometimes because of 60-90 days NP.... I am not sure if it's safe to resign now.

I mostly apply through Naukri and LinkedIn, sometime directly on career page. Most of time my resume got shortlisted. But since I am working in Devops support, I don't have hands on exp in latest devops tools. So I gave around 10-12 interviews in top PBCs but got rejected. For 2.5+ yrs you can easily ask between 12-16lpa.

I am also in the same situation , I am Devops and cloud engineer , recently they have put me in a new project where shift is rotational, and SLA is 15 min mean no time to take a nap at night, it is really irritating, want to switch job as my salary is also too less as per market standards .

Its risky as market hiring is just coming out of freeze.
If you have no financial commitments and have family support, you can give a try.

If you want to take risk, you can resign. If there is no offer within notice period, you can take back you resignation.Depending on situation you might be on bench or continue to work in same project.

Thanks, I am just afraid of taking that risk now... Because I have not cracked a single company as of now. So I'm not getting that confidence to resign without a single offer. It's ok if I don't join that first company but at least I can negotiate further.
