Trending @Accenture; Is it possible?
Hi guys, I have been in Accenture since Oct 2021. I was promoted to Analyst L11 in Nov 2022. Since then I just received a 5% hike in Dec 2024. I was rolled off from my project in Feb 2025 and hard locked into another project just a week back in May 2025. So, is it possible if I can get a promotion? Or if a good hike is possible? Do let me know your opinions in the comments.
I am sorry to say that's highly improbable, as the funding for your promotion would go from the new project's budget. and without checking how well do you work, they will not invest in you so early. So if you work well, they may consider you for promotion in the next cycle.
I have been a victim of this very recently so I know!
All depends on previous mgr feedback and current project budget, given the roll off situation.
