Trending @Accenture; Is it okay to show a fake offer letter if we have high chance of retaining or Is there a way to validate offer letter ?

When sharing a fake offer letter make sure that you are not sharing email, instead take screenshots and hide company details. You can say that the company name is confidential and you can't share.

The majority of the time this trick works.

Most of HRs are ex-colleagues and know each other, I have personally got many offer letters validated with the help of HR. Accenture HR on friendly terms can ask Deloitte HR to confirm back on offer letter, so always keep company name hidden, so that they can't validate.

At the moment, Accenture is not trying to retain anyone. They'll be more than happy if the employee is leaving on their own

If they want to retain they will not even ask for offer letter , so if you have that dependency go ahead and just tell yiur manager you are about to get an offer and before resigning I wanted to discuss.. this is safest way to know if they are planning anything for you.. it worked for me and one of my friend, we both promoted by discussing this way. But again it all depends on your dependency with client..
