The thing I observed is people select us into their project for a specific role mentioning it to be a consultant or business analyst. But after joining the project the work that is being assigned is completely a support role. We have to work on tickets. If they really wanted a support role, why aren't they clearly mentioning before we get locked into the project. This is so frustrating to work on a service role where I have to solve tickets and moreover working in evening shifts for that role.
