Trending @Accenture; Is it just in Accenture or in every company?

Find trainings to get WBSE and getting no project while on bench. People are freaked out literally that what to do!!!. Team size is getting reduced, the Allowance example:- transport/food etc which we used to get are getting cut. Especially the project which I am in currently is suffering from major roll-offs
