Trending @Accenture; Is it confirmed that June cycle Promotions for ASE is removed?
I joined in October 2024 my default promotion will be in next year(2026), this year i am getting news that ASE default promotion is removed it will be on the manager recommendation is this only for this cycle due to market condition or the same thing will happen in future from present cycle.
Anyone knows please respond for this
Bro I joined as ASE on April 2023. This june cycle I was hoping to get promoted because already ASE salary is so low. I will feel devastated if this happens after 2 years of wait. I'll regret why even I stayed here for 2 years if they backstab like this 😖.

Well, that is true id say. Confirmed by few managerial level folks. Accenture has downgrade in terms of hikes and pay outs. My MAL is 40+ and still not getting any promotion. Everytime the cycle comes seniors have one line to say “budget issue, from backend the hikes are not released”.
