Trending @Accenture; Is it better to leave Accenture and join IBM with a better package

And , Once you join , pls update here, I need Referral ๐ค๐ป

Buddy straight away. Like right now. That's best thing you will do.
Understand this IBM is deriving the same revenue with 3 lakh employees and have many more quality tangible products in the market and is a respected product leader. It's no longer being seen just as a service company. Thanks to their current research focused leader.
While Accenture is deriving the same revenue and less profitability employee per revenue with 7.7 lakh employees.
Most of the ibm employees later get absorbed in to product companies. So without giving a second thought go for it. It's a high visibility company.

That is because accenture don't have quality projects now

In IBM, youโre responsible for finding a project on your own. Unlike Accenture, where your profile is shared with project managers who can allocate you to opportunities, IBM requires you to actively search through internal platforms like Jobs Gateway or rely on personal connections. This process can be quite challenging, especially if youโre coming from a company like Accenture, where project allocation is more structured. IBM projects also tend to have longer durations โ typically 3 to 5 years โ so once youโre on the bench, it can be very difficult to get assigned to a new project.

Are you an ex IBMer?
