
Trending @Accenture; Is it Accenture or is it just the way corporate works?
So I have around 3 years of experience, hired straight out of college so pardon me if it comes off as a stupid question. Level 11 currently, but one thing that I have noticed if people who have been cross hired directly into level 11 are paid leagues above me in the same domain of work as me Now the doubt I'm having is that if I'm being blatantly underpaid or is this a clear cut sign for me to consider jumping ships?
Experienced people in grapevine, please help me out!!!

As far as i knw every level has a bracket they hire people in.
You must upskill urself and ask for promotion.
But this is the sad reality of corporate not just Accenture.

Otherwise who really wants to switch and go through all the hustle. Now that market condition is also not great so over all it is a bit of a dull phase but lets keep trying :)

Yep upskill is def a way, but it's also true that whenever I've tried bringing up my upskilling points I have been told that's not the only factor for promotion experience matters as well (atleast that's what I have been told last time) but yes that's def a way

It's only at Accenture, I worked in 2 diff small service based companies for total of 5.5 years and I can says Accenture is far worse. Unrealistic promise to clients then they make you work off shift hours daily and OT for that. I my previous companies we used to get OT for this and on weekends they expect us to work for that we get OT but it's scrap ppl in my project were getting paid 700 rs for level 10 what a scam
They just give themselves as title for good company to work at
My suggestion for you is leave Accenture. You do know right that attrition rate is very hight at Accenture also most of the people's mentality is so fucked up there they don't give proper Kt and ask us to work

Agreed to this, recently switched projects and it's kinda weird that they almost expect me to know everything beforehand, in terms of KT bare minimum is what I've gotten. Agreed to the point where they just expect me to work extra time out of the good in my heart.

Its same throughout most corporate giants. Its better to jump to some other after 3 years and again make a jump after 2 years.
You would a see a significant growth in your Pay which would somewhat be at market level for 5+ years of experience.

Yeah it's because of SME's. They don't have good knowledge and how to share it across the team and set up a proper knowledge flow that even if in their absence everyone should have knowledge. People here they try to create dependency on themselves. Selfish people.
