Just wait for 2–3 more months. After you hit the 2-year mark, it’ll be a much better time to switch.

Yess, it will easily take 1 month to get the offer (if u r lucky enough) then u have to serve 3 months NP eventually at the time of exit u will have total 2 years of exp. and its good to earn more
