Trending @Accenture; Is iaspire program really works?

I'm in L11 ,I came across may post letter mail regarding I do thought of applying for the domain which I'm interested but having a doubt that joining in the program do they really transfer you to the project related to that domain after training? If not it would be waste of time spending in the work apart from my project work right ? Can someone help me here 🤕
