I'm a girl I am top performer of my team and lead is also working under me I have done all poc and development task I was promised around 40% hike and got 6%🙃 If this is gender biasness idk then

Well, some even haven't got that so. Even after being top performer. And about gender bias in NJX itself agenda is made clear to increase percentage of female employees more. Even if that means it's dead weight

May be not this time as the company has screwed everyone but in the past it’s always been there.. There is just one female in my team.. Her base hike did not increase but she has got the max. VP around 18% whereas all the males in my team have got 0% BP and single digit VP.. Clearly the fact is very much evident..

I used to think so and even saw few examples earlier. But, to be honest, this time I dont think so. One of my male colleague got around 11% hike and a female colleague got 0%. Both were reporting to same lead.

it was clearly stated today for hike clarification, 2 out of 5 slots are reserved for diversity. And by diversity we know what it means.

If diversity leads to discrimination is only concern area even people are on bench getting promotion and hikes basis of this policy. I am not sure how they claim that accenture is providing the best services eventhough best employees are resigning and keeps in demotivated.

Biased for which gender please clarify.. woman here with no hike after being a stellar performer.. also another woman who is my reportee zero hike again and she is definitely performing beyond expectations.. I don’t know about others.

Everything is gender biased at Accenture. Projects can't push females for late hours or extended timelines. Their health and wellness is separately taken care of. Males apparently are Spartans who can take up or do anything In discussions (offline or online) males can't cut or overtalk females even if they are rambling senseless and using up important meeting time. It's the males who are instructed to be crisp, polite, gender sensitive and open minded Late night calls can be denied by females with children sometimes as early as 7pm Max if they are on US Projects. Often in this case the males of the project has to take up the additional burden and cover for their family oriented female colleagues and often extend beyond midnight. Ofcourse males can't be family oriented or if not married, no other responsibilities right It even stoops as low as networking events and group pictures with leaders where the females always take the center stage So yea, not just hiring laterally, even in internal hikes I've personally seen the soft glove approach for "diversity"

I guess all i want to say is, thanks Accenture for creating this account culture of gender divide where "diversity" as word is used so wrongly that it's soon gonna become an insult if not already
