Trending @Accenture; Is Hard Copy Mandatory for Claim Submission?

Hi Everyone,

I have submitted the annual health checkup claim from the Vidal Health portal. Additionally, I am advised to send the hardcopies to some Mumbai Accenture Address. Is it mandatory to submit hard copies as well? Will I not be getting my claim settled without it? Please let me know.
