Trending @Accenture; Is GCP APL free of cost?

Hi Everyone. Everyone within ATCI received a mail for 'Accenture Premiere league' from Cloud. Elevate. GCP on 7 march, Friday. I checked it's Faq but didn't find related to voucher or it's cost. so are certification exams under GCP APL free or not? And do we require approval from Team lead or product manager?
