Trending @Accenture; Is full WFH in hybrid okay?

Hi everyone,

I am currently at CL12 and part of a hybrid work model where I am supposed to work from the office 2 days a week and the rest from home. However, since there’s no monitoring at my base location and my project teammates are in different locations, I have been working entirely from home.

Would this practice lead to any potential issues or disputes? Has anyone faced a similar situation? Your insights would be helpful.

Thank you!

May be that is the reason they are not giving hikes as they used to. Other indian orgs have already implemented the relativity of work from office and the variable pay and bonuses like HCL, Infosys and TCS is already 5 days work from office with no exceptions.

Yes what else u need. If they are neither giving good hike and promotions. Why should we care for them. If they don't care for us

Nope it won’t be a problem. My base location is Chennai but hometown is Hyderabad. I have been in Hyd since past5 months without changing my location. My team is also ok with it. Many projects in Accenture don’t monitor
