Trending @Accenture; Is CCNA worth it?

Hey I'm an ASE in network support and my manager is asking me to take ccna certification. I have no interest in solving tickets and incidents and i cannot see myself troubleshooting for the rest of my life. The work-life balance is a myth, even the 2 days week offs are getting compromised with emergency 'activities'. So i told her I'm not interested in taking CCNA but I'm opting for a much harder exam CCNP hence i need more time to prepare, just to stall her nagging. But since I'm no expert, can u tell me is it worth it or not OR should i opt for other certifications like the GCP or learn coding?
