Trending @Accenture; Is being workday consultant has future scope?

Accenture assigned me workday integration module and now i am working as workday consultant. We do no coding work just some xslt thing, rest our work is on workday software to make integrations and all. Is there any scope in workday or should i try to change to coding base roles like java developer role?
