Im tagged to CIO and avanade is my DU, depends on the project you get, im into internal project which has development tasks but always low on budget for hikes/promotions

Avanade have alot of toxic projects U can't see ur growth so much politics in every project if you are joining to old teams be careful of politics..
And just hint for u how is avanade u can see ur own eyes avanade bench policy is just like school it's completely helll and all the bench leaders attached to their seats since almost 10-15 years🙂🙂I left Accenture won't be coming back just because of avanade!!

How to get moved from Avanade to Atci, any one pls help

Avanade bench sucks, also you wont be able to do certifications outside microsoft, but ppl does stay in Avanade its not bad, but most of project is Internal accenture, those who saying less chance to go onshore, for that i dont think now they are sending like they used to earlier, they usually taking employee from Argentina time zones which gives them cheap resources, i was in Avanade from very initial till last year.
