Trending @Accenture; Is Anyone Got feedback in workday from his manager ?
Is anyone got any kind of feedback in workday under performance section we have feedback received section? I heard who are receiving positive feedback from their Manager possibly they will get the promotion because i also saw one of my frnd got the feedback on 3rd April and his manager recommended him for higher level. But question is he is not going office since January 2025 so is it possible to get promotion or they are tracking the office attendance for the promotion?
Workday feedback is the not the criteria for promotion...

Workday feedback is not the criteria, people who didn't get any feedback also got promoted last June. Also going to office is also not a basis for any promotion. But can be used as an excuse while releasing the hike/variable letter.
