Trending @Accenture; Is anyone aware what is Central Team at Accenture. What is their role in the Appraisal process?

Hike, Promotion and Variable Pay quota is ATCI level. Central team work is to distribute equally between all ATCI folks.

For promotion they consolidate all promotion candidates from DU to ATCI level.

For hike and bonus they have some formula to derive amounts based on rating, primary skill, proficiency in mycompetency, career level, YOE etc.
