I got to know that accenture is planning for wfo twice a week and soon email will role out. So is this true ?

Yes currently 2days policy is project based and 1 day policy is of Accenture so until Accenture adapts to 2days it depends on project leads to accept or not

Maybe I'm wrong I just got informed on teams that it's Accenture Policy going to be applied soon my lead will be discussing it on Monday

As I know from my sm it depends on project as of now but most probably it will be for all around same time as last year As november will be fpr vp and promotion and December is for onshore holidays
