Accenture is very good for women as current CEO is just focused on #womeninTechnolgy and many of my female colleagues got promoted having less MAL and experience so it’s great place to work

Accenture is the best place to work for women only. All perks, facilities and amenities are only and ONLY for females. About your question on males flirting with females - one sweet mention of it in any forum(i repeat any place) and the male's career progression is gone. No proofs needed and benefit of doubt on accused ( males) to prove their innocence. While on contrary, when if you give proofs of females using the policies falsely, it's just a tap on the hand... Sometimes not even that.

Either case, males have to proof when they are not wrong or have been wronged themselves.

Yes definitely, I have been in here for last 6 years now and always felt that I got guidenance and direction in whatever career path I wanted. Colleagues here are great people and even now I have no plans to change my job.

It's an amazing work for women, LGBTQ etc. With 50% of mandated jobs to women and more than 60% promotions to women. Its amazing. No need to qualify, just be a woman

In my personal opinion, Yes. In my team and also other countries we have seen to have around a 60-70% diversity ratio.
