Trending @Accenture; Is Accenture a good place to grow long-term?

I have been with Accenture for three years now, and I feel like my career has hit a plateau. The promotions are slow, and salary hikes are not great either. Should I consider moving, or does patience pay off here? Any advice from long-timers?
