Things depend on the work area, college background and other things. Just because someone earns 70K doesn't mean we all should. I know people who have 1 year of exp and earn 70-80K a month, and some earn approx 50K after 3 YOE and all are in smae tach group, but they're from different college backgrounds which also plays an imp role. So better match with people who are from similar backgrounds.
Yes underpaid it should be 60k atleast
I believe u joined in mid 2021..bcoz of that u might be asking...same here its underpaid definitely as most people joined during mid 2021 might got just one promo and after that no hike which is disaster for career...try to switch
It deped on your exp and company switch.if you are in same company then you will get this only.if you switch it will double. So better to switch.
