With all the wild comments here, let me tell u there are slabs for compensation at each level in Accenture. They don’t count your years of experience. They only look at your level. For AM level 20LPA fixed is in range.
The reason being mine is 11 as a Team Lead, level 9 in Accenture with 12 years overall experience. - 11-18 is the default range. Hence I am at the lowest end.
As per what I know, the range of team lead salary was 12-20LPA in my previous team. 10-12 was Senior Analyst Package.

@SubtleBerry43 I believe you are safe from the layoff list.I got news from management that mid to above level will be laid off from the company with higher salary.
Even in my team last week,AM level colleagues got higher salaries than 30 lakhs got laid off for costing cutting.
Now company seriously looking for cost cutting after lossing us government projects.
See here thing is that if you useful for company and working on some high priority project then chances are less for layoff
Till you are billable, your job is secure. US govt projects are handled by subsidy of Accenture (AFS), so no direct impact on technologies or consulting teams.
16+ experience is needed for SM level, and pay for SM is around 60lakh. You are 1 year less, but designation is 2 down and package 1/3rd.

SM level salary in Accenture is not 60L. It's between 40-50. For extremely niche skills, it might go up until 55. I'm CL7 and my fixed is 30 right now, which I understand is at a lower end.
I am also L7, my Salary is around 40. After promotion no hike for the last two years. I always thought I was at a lower end.
On the positive side, if layoffs happen considering the current market situation, you would be the last person to be considered.
I recently joined Accenture at AM level with same experience and domain as urs. I got fixed 28. Ofcourse it also depends on previous company CTC plus if u had any other counter offer along with Accenture
202.5= 50 lpa. 20 3= 60 lpa. Ur not even near to this sir. Of course its less
