You must have period written on receipt.. You can upload it repeatedly for next 7 months.. Most of the people done that way
Claim 1000/ month attaching that 7000 bill for rest of the months.

We should have charge code right to claim expenses? Unassigned won't work?
You can add same bill again and again till 7 month but the date should be mentioned on bill like 1jan to 31 jul then it’s fine
It's simple really. Upload the same bill 7 times for separate periods with 1000/- each.
I've done for 2 consecutive months split when I joined in same manner.
No they won't pay for 7 months. 1000 is cap per month. Otherwise you can add 1000 for 7 months by adding the same bill.
