Trending @Accenture; Internet Expense Claim for Base Location
Hi All I don't have a bill for my base location. Can you please tell me are they really track the bills. Because now it is mendatory to cliam internet bill of base location. Should i upload it?
The bill with your name on it should be attached in the expense claim. If you were to claim it without any bill you will most likely get a call from the audit team either in a few weeks to a couple of months time period and if you are not able to provide proper explanation, then the amount will be deducted from your pay check.
But the address is not from my base location. What should i do?
But as per recent update policy for internet expense was modified they are permitting us to claim only the base location generated bills (i mean if I work at Mumbai the generated bill should be in Mumbai assigned but not native place like Hyderabad or some other)
If the location does not match the base location after a period of time they are asking us to revert the bill if we go on uploading or submitting mis-matching bills they might ask us to revert for upto 6months bill
Please tell me from which fortnight - updated policy is applicable, i will also check. Is this a new rule!?
